Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver interactive, hands-on Science lessons for middle and high school students in accordance with the national and international curriculum standards.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and active participation.
- Develop and implement formative and summative assessments to accurately track and report student progress and achievement.
- Plan and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, including differentiated instruction.
- Collaborate with the Science department to develop curriculum, share resources, and participate in professional learning communities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and academic development.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with a clear, articulate communication style.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Education with a Science specialization.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, State License) or a TEFL/TESOL certification with a minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Proven experience teaching general Science up to IGCSE or A-Level is highly desirable.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Adaptable, culturally sensitive, and passionate about working with international students.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
