Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to designated students in classroom settings
- Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Collaborate with lead teachers to adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies
- Document student progress, behavioral observations, and intervention outcomes
- Foster inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse learning styles
- Facilitate student integration in group activities and social interactions
- Communicate effectively with parents, therapists, and educational specialists
- Participate in ongoing professional development for special education techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in classroom support or shadow teaching roles
- Certification in Special Education or Child Development preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in diverse settings
- Proficiency in documentation and progress tracking systems
