- Provide personalized one-on-one support to students with special needs in inclusive classroom settings
- Develop and implement individualized learning strategies tailored to each student's unique needs

- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation of developmental milestones
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create cohesive support plans
- Implement behavior intervention techniques and promote positive learning environments
- Advocate for students' needs while fostering independence and self-confidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working with children with special needs
- Certification in special education or inclusive teaching methodologies preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and educational support techniques
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation and collaboration
