Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized academic and behavioral support to children with special needs in classroom settings
- Implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and accommodations
- Document student progress and maintain detailed observation reports
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to create holistic support plans
- Facilitate social integration and peer interaction among students
- Apply positive behavior intervention strategies (PBIS) effectively
- Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs
- Strong understanding of behavioral management techniques
- Certification in special education or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse learning environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
