You will be responsible for validating development work based on client requirements, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing for SharePoint Online and On-premises environments to ensure functionality and performance.
- Analyze client requirements and functional specifications to design detailed test cases and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear reproduction steps to developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Perform regression testing after deployments to verify that recent changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Conduct ad-hoc testing and usability checks to ensure a seamless user experience on SharePoint sites and applications.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with specific expertise in Microsoft SharePoint or Office 365 development.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycles (STLC), test management, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced BPO environment while managing multiple priorities.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
