Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end client relationships through CRM systems, ensuring Shariah compliance in all interactions
- Facilitate lender placement by coordinating with financial institutions and verifying Shariah alignment
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for asset finance transactions
- Handle administrative tasks including loan processing, compliance reporting, and file management
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders across time zones
- Ensure all financial operations adhere to Islamic finance principles and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements for efficient Shariah-compliant finance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Islamic Banking, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance with preference for asset finance or Islamic finance
- Strong understanding of Shariah principles in financial transactions
- Proficiency in CRM software and administrative documentation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple compliance-critical tasks
- Experience in remote work environments with self-management capabilities
