Weir Group is seeking an experienced SHE Specialist to join our team in Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. As a key member of our health, safety, and environmental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety across our operations. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary between Rp 10,000,000 and Rp 15,000,000, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental permits
- Prepare and maintain SHE reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SHE role, preferably in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of local SHE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Certification in SHE management (OSHA, NEBOSH) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and influence others
- Proficiency in using safety management software and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
