As a Shift Engineer, you will be the primary technical authority on your shift, responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems. Your core focus will be the management of sophisticated HVAC systems, electrical distribution networks, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and essential plumbing and water infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems within the NAIA Complex.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections using diagnostic tools and software to identify wear and potential system failures.
- Monitor and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure energy efficiency, optimal environmental conditions, and system reliability.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and system faults, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation regarding maintenance activities, equipment performance, and energy consumption for management review.
- Enforce strict compliance with all regulatory standards, environmental health guidelines, and the facility's preventive maintenance schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Licensed Engineer (ME or EE) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a dedicated Shift Engineer role within a large-scale commercial or industrial setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays at the NAIA Complex location.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
