Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee equipment operations and process efficiency during assigned shifts
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime
- Monitor production metrics and adjust parameters for optimal output
- Enforce safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting
- Document shift activities and prepare operational reports
- Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and automation technology
- Certification in industrial safety protocols (OHSAS 18001 preferred)
- Proven problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
