Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of electrical and electronic components to ensure efficient and safe running of equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generator sets and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults immediately to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor power distribution systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logs of daily operations, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled overhauls and major repairs.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant operations or industrial engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and generator maintenance.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
