We are currently seeking a highly skilled and resilient Shift Engineer to join our critical infrastructure team in Sedenak, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and execute 24/7 shift operations, ensuring maximum uptime of critical M&E systems including HVAC, UPS, standby generators, and electrical distribution networks.
- Conduct routine facility walkthroughs, monitor building management systems (BMS), and proactively identify potential equipment anomalies.
- Lead emergency response protocols during system outages, equipment failures, or environmental hazards to minimize operational impact.
- Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by shift technicians and external contractors.
- Maintain comprehensive shift logs, incident reports, and operational documentation in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and Keppel's corporate safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in critical facilities operations, preferably in data centers, semiconductor plants, or heavy industrial facilities.
- Strong working knowledge of cooling infrastructure (chillers, cooling towers, CRAC units) and high-voltage/low-voltage electrical distribution.
- Willingness and physical capability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift cycle (including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under high-pressure situations.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Chargeman, Certified Data Center Professional) is highly advantageous.
