Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production shift activities to meet daily output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and equipment health to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines and site safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, coordinating with maintenance teams for urgent repairs.
- Manage shift handovers, documenting production logs, and reporting operational anomalies.
- Supervise a team of operators to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits within the production facility.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process safety and operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chemical production, refining, or petrochemical environments.
- Strong understanding of process safety management and industrial equipment operation.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid certification in safety (e.g., WSHO or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Highly safety-conscious with a disciplined approach to industrial operations.
