Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of plant utilities, including boilers, air compressors, chillers, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Ensure 100% compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards (DOLE, DENR) within the poultry processing facility.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance scheduling to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage shift personnel and provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Monitor utility consumption metrics and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Execute emergency response protocols during facility incidents and ensure safe evacuation/containment procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and reports on utility performance and environmental compliance status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in utility management or facility engineering, preferably in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of local environmental laws, safety regulations, and OSHA/DOLE compliance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery and manage utility infrastructure (boilers, HVAC, wastewater).
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage shift teams and contractors.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) or MS Office suite.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends as required.
