In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-day supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring that throughput targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
As the Shift In Charge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for floor operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily workflow of inbound, outbound, and sortpack operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Allocate workforce effectively across shifts to maximize productivity and minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, picking rates, and staff utilization.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, GMP standards, and company operational policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure staff are aligned with operational goals.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize storage layouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or shift lead role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
