As the Shift In Charge, you will be the operational leader of your shift, overseeing the complete workflow from inbound receiving and processing to outbound sortation and dispatch. Your primary mandate is to optimize every aspect of the operation to meet stringent service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, translating operational goals into actionable tasks for your team.

You will analyze performance data in real time to identify bottlenecks, reallocate resources on the fly, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and timeliness are consistently met or exceeded. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end shift operations for Inbound, Outbound, and Sortpack departments, ensuring alignment with daily targets and SLA requirements.
- Effectively allocate manpower and resources based on real-time volume fluctuations and operational priorities to maximize productivity and minimize idle time.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, accuracy rates, and turnaround times, implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Team Leaders, Associates, and Sorters, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards across all shift functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Planning, Fleet, Quality) to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure seamless workflow integration between shifts.
- Prepare and submit accurate end-of-shift reports summarizing operational achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to the Operations Manager.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of the logistics hub.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or shift management role within a high-volume warehouse, distribution center, or logistics hub environment.
- Proven experience specifically managing Inbound, Outbound, and/or Sortation operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
- Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of motivating and managing a diverse workforce of 50-100+ associates per shift.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems (LMS), and standard office productivity software (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required in a 24/7 logistics operation.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Calamba City, Laguna or nearby areas.
