Keppel Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shift Lead to join our expanding data center operations team in Sedenak, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations within the data center facility to ensure 24/7 uptime and availability.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are executed safely and according to site protocols.
- Monitor facility management systems, including power distribution, HVAC, fire suppression, and security infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to critical alerts, incidents, and equipment failures, implementing immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive shift logs, incident reports, and performance documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to oversee maintenance activities and scheduled equipment upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and security compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center operations, facility management, or industrial plant supervision.
- Strong understanding of mission-critical systems (UPS, Generators, CRAC units, and BMS).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift pattern (including nights and public holidays).
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHAS, and data center compliance certifications is highly advantageous.
