Join Wuxi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited as a Shift Lead Utilities Engineer. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our critical facility operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of essential plant utilities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact our manufacturing capabilities as you manage complex systems including Clean Steam generation, Water and Glycol Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Water Softeners, Air Handling Units (AHU), and the Waste Treatment facility. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring all preventive maintenance schedules are met, and conducting rigorous inspections to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and local safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations and maintenance of Clean Steam systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Ensure all utility equipment operates within design parameters and safety guidelines.
- Manage the preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for the facility.
- Oversee the water treatment facility, including softeners and cooling towers, to ensure water quality standards.
- Monitor Air Handling Units (AHU) and HVAC systems for optimal performance.
- Conduct safety audits and emergency response drills for the utilities department.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve utility-related issues quickly.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Shift Lead or Senior Engineer role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Clean Steam generation, Glycol/Water chillers, and Boiler operations.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) is required.
