Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing supervision, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and health regulations within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse equipment and facilities for maintenance needs.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve operational bottlenecks during shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification is an added advantage.
