In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for controlling work efficiency and minimizing productivity losses through strategic monitoring of individual orders. You will lead a team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and output, playing a crucial part in our mission to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can implement short-term measures to optimize workflows and maintain high productivity levels while ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Monitor the progress of individual orders in production, identifying bottlenecks and implementing short-term measures to enhance efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of operators to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers to ensure clear communication of priorities.
- Collaborate with upper management to analyze production data and suggest process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels and quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or shift leader role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using production monitoring software and reporting tools is a plus.
