Are you an experienced technical professional looking to lead high-stakes building operations? Citra Borneo Indah is seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to oversee the technical facility management of our high-rise office building (10+ floors). In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that all building systems, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, and mechanical components operate at peak performance 24/7.
We are looking for a natural leader who excels at team coordination, proactive troubleshooting, and maintaining strict safety compliance in large-scale commercial real estate. You will be responsible for guiding a team of technicians, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding swiftly to any technical challenges that impact tenant comfort and building safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the technical department for a high-rise office building (10+ floors).
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and daily performance oversight.
- Ensure all building facilities comply with local safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized building repairs or upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze building performance data to identify areas for energy efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management regarding building status and maintenance costs.
- Maintain 24/7 readiness to handle urgent technical failures or emergency building scenarios.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or technical building operations, specifically for high-rise buildings.
- Technical background (Degree/Diploma) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) protocols and building safety standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support as required by the building operations.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using building management software.
