Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily production operations on the assigned shift, ensuring all output targets are met efficiently and accurately.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing manpower and machine utilization to optimize production flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain high standards of product quality by monitoring production processes and addressing deviations immediately.
- Train, mentor, and coach production staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with logistics for timely replenishment or dispatch.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, including output metrics and any operational issues encountered.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and shifts to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma (Short Course Course) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of workers.
- Familiarity with production line operations, quality control standards, and safety regulations (OSHA/DOLE compliance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing production schedules and demands.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and holidays as required.
