Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on assigned shifts
- Monitor production output and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance and safety compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols
- Manage shift resources including equipment, materials, and personnel
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing production environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Certification in safety management (OSHA/ISO preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in production management software/systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
