Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse shift activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse personnel to ensure productivity targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal warehouse protocols.
- Streamline operational workflows to minimize downtime and improve overall logistics efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive daily shift reports and communicate effectively with warehouse management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including logistics, procurement, and transport, to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of warehouse staff in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- A valid forklift license is highly advantageous.
- Possess a proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
