Join Micron Semiconductors as a Shift Machine Reliability and Data Analyst and play a crucial role in advancing our semiconductor packaging operations. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring stable operations, minimizing downtime, and accelerating the transition from New Product Introduction (NPI) to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). You will work on the front lines of our advanced packaging processes, leveraging your analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues before they impact production.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to implement reliability improvements, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis will be instrumental in identifying trends, predicting failures, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies that enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze machine performance data to identify trends and potential issues
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment reliability issues
- Support the transition from NPI to HVM for new packaging technologies
- Develop and maintain equipment reliability metrics and reporting
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Train shift operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
- Familiarity with semiconductor packaging processes and equipment
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a shift environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
