Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate maintenance teams during assigned shifts to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Oversee repairs, replacements, and installations of machinery and components
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with PLC systems, automation, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in maintenance management or industrial maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
