Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift assignments to optimize labor costs and coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily goals, specials, and safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety compliance throughout the dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Resolve customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train new employees on Jiang Nan Hotpot’s service standards and menu knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is preferred.
