Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor food preparation quality and maintain strict hygiene standards
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign stations to team members
- Collaborate with upper management to implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in food service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Korean BBQ operations and dining etiquette is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Philippine BPO/food service certifications are advantageous
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
