Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless workflow and service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate supply orders for optimal efficiency
- Enforce strict food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and quality control measures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Prepare shift reports, manage cash operations, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Implement cost-control measures and contribute to achieving departmental targets
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality/food service industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff coordination and customer engagement
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and operational best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic business software
