Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards
- Lead and mentor staff through effective scheduling, training, and performance feedback
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost reduction initiatives
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and speed
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all service areas
- Prepare shift reports, cash management, and daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with kitchen and support teams for seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or Supervisor in hospitality/food service
- Strong leadership and team development skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
- Basic financial management and inventory control experience
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
