Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams through effective scheduling, training, and performance coaching
  • Implement inventory management systems to control costs, minimize waste, and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining positive brand reputation
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports with POS systems
  • Enforce strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards across all service areas
  • Coordinate with other shift managers for seamless operational handovers and communication

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quick-service or full-service hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ staff members effectively
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
