Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by recommending and implementing promotions aligned with store sales strategies
- Manage daily shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Monitor store cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
- Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth inter-shift transitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in quick-service restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
