Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure efficient food preparation and prompt guest service.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand quality standards.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing coaching to service staff.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and minimize waste during your shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales targets and cash handling procedures with high accuracy.
- Ensure the dining area and kitchen facilities remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (essential for NAIA operations).
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L basics and inventory control.
- Must be highly reliable, proactive, and a problem solver.
- Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
