Pacific Indopalm Industries is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Shift Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding team in Dumai, Riau. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance activities during your assigned shift to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, capable of managing a team of technicians, troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules in a fast-paced industrial environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead shift-based mechanical maintenance teams to ensure operational goals are met.
- Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Manage shift-specific spare parts usage and ensure inventory logs are maintained accurately.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and propose maintenance optimizations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to coordinate maintenance shutdowns and prioritize repair activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in the palm oil or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team lead capacity within a shift-work environment.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, P&ID, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate/reside in Dumai, Riau.
