Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery in a cleanroom environment.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet stringent specifications.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain production output and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues or technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for daily reporting.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace in accordance with industry safety regulations.
- Participate in shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of production processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong aptitude for technical work and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a technical manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
