- Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and motivate store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper stock rotation
- Implement and maintain company standards for customer service, food quality, and store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
