We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead our team during peak hours and ensure seamless operations from the bakery floor to the sales counter.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the backbone of each shift, coordinating between baking and sales teams to maintain product quality, manage inventory, and uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in executing our business strategies, safeguarding assets, and fostering a collaborative environment where every team member can thrive. From overseeing production schedules to handling customer inquiries, your leadership will directly impact our store's success and reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily baking and sales operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Lead, coach, and motivate shift team members to achieve performance and sales targets
- Ensure outstanding customer service by promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues
- Implement inventory control procedures and asset protection measures
- Collaborate with management to execute strategic plans and improve operational workflows
- Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Prepare accurate shift reports, track key metrics, and communicate hand-offs effectively
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail food environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to delegate and follow up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- High school diploma required; college degree or vocational training in hospitality or food service preferred
