As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the bridge between production planning and floor execution. You will oversee daily workflows, lead a dedicated team of technicians, and ensure that all production targets are met within schedule and safety guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure output targets are achieved.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks immediately.
- Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies on the shop floor.
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and resource allocation for production staff.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and client specifications.
- Train and mentor new operators to maintain high standards of technical competency.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare handover reports for the following shift.
- Promote a culture of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning and machine operation processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
