Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Conduct systematic inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues during production shifts and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities, production logs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Train and support junior technicians on equipment operation and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering Technology or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
- Certification in relevant maintenance procedures (e.g., TPM) preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
