Tanggung Jawab
- Lead maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems during assigned shifts
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, power distribution, and industrial equipment
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using technical troubleshooting methods
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license preferred
