Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate shift schedules, including rotations and breaks, to maximize productivity.
- Monitor product quality in real-time and resolve any production issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.
- Prepare and review production reports, including daily logs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing or production industry.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Working knowledge of quality control processes, safety regulations, and production management principles.
- Ability to work flexible shifting schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic production management software.
- High level of physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
