In this role, you'll coordinate between vessels, port authorities, and cargo handlers, optimizing schedules and resolving operational challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate vessel operations including port clearance, customs documentation, and cargo handling arrangements
- Act as primary liaison between vessels, port authorities, and clients
- Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely execution of port services
- Prepare and manage agency documentation (bills of lading, manifests, customs forms)
- Liaise with terminal operators, stevedores, and service providers
- Resolve operational delays and maintain real-time communication with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of agency activities and prepare operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ship agency, port operations, or maritime logistics
- Strong knowledge of Singapore port regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in maritime documentation systems (e.g., port community systems)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid Singapore work permit/citizenship required
