As a key member of our onboard wellness team, you'll operate in a state-of-the-art facility designed to offer guests rejuvenating treatments in a serene, non-intimidating atmosphere. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth through service optimization and reporting daily performance metrics to our shore-side management team. This role requires adaptability in a dynamic maritime setting while ensuring compliance with international medical standards and cruise regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform medical consultations and administer aesthetic treatments in the ship's medispa facility
- Maintain a clean, state-of-the-art, and stress-free treatment environment
- Implement and enforce service booking policies to optimize guest experiences
- Generate and email daily revenue reports to shore-side management team
- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with spa and medical teams to coordinate guest care services
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment for treatment efficacy
Kualifikasi
- Valid medical license (MD) from a recognized institution
- Specialization or certification in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetic procedures
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to create comfortable guest experiences
- Proficiency in English communication and documentation systems
- Ability to work independently in a maritime environment
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or cruise ship settings preferred
- Knowledge of international health and safety regulations
