We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipboard Medispa Physician to join our elite aesthetic team. In this role, you will provide high-end, non-surgical aesthetic treatments in a state-of-the-art, stress-free environment on board a premier cruise vessel.
As a key member of our onboard hospitality and medical team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and client care. You will operate in a luxurious setting, ensuring that every guest receives a premium experience tailored to their wellness and aesthetic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Provide thorough consultations to guests, recommending personalized treatment plans to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards within the Medispa facility, ensuring a clean and non-intimidating environment.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and fully operational.
- Prepare and email accurate daily revenue and performance reports to the shore-side management team.
- Uphold strict adherence to company service booking policies and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the spa and hospitality team to promote Medispa services and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines or relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, specifically with injectables.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a shipboard environment and commit to extended contracts at sea.
- Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in reporting and administrative duties.
- Certification in advanced aesthetic training programs is highly desirable.
