In this role, you will provide top-tier aesthetic and wellness treatments to guests within our state-of-the-art, stress-free medical spa environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service booking policies, ensuring patient safety, and delivering exceptional aesthetic results. Beyond clinical excellence, you will serve as a key member of our hospitality team, reporting directly to shoreside management to ensure our medispa remains a revenue-generating, flagship amenity. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform aesthetic medical procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment compliant with international maritime and medical standards.
- Manage daily revenue reporting and submit operational performance metrics to the shoreside management team.
- Uphold strict service booking policies to ensure efficient guest flow and schedule management.
- Provide expert consultations to guests, recommending personalized treatment plans to enhance their onboard experience.
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a non-intimidating, relaxing, and premium atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest medical aesthetics trends and technologies to ensure competitive service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Active medical license and certification in aesthetic medicine.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical aesthetics or dermatology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and guest interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and shipboard environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and revenue management software.
- Flexibility to work long-term contracts at sea.
