Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced medical spa treatments including injectables, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols and safety standards in all treatment applications
- Manage daily medispa operations including service bookings, inventory control, and staff coordination
- Submit comprehensive daily revenue reports to shore-side management for financial tracking
- Implement and maintain service booking policies to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Conduct client consultations to develop personalized treatment plans and address medical concerns
- Collaborate with shipboard medical team to integrate holistic wellness approaches
- Maintain sterile, state-of-the-art treatment environment exceeding industry hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid Malaysian medical license
- Specialized certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in medical spa or dermatology setting
- Proficiency in medispa equipment including lasers, injectables, and skin analysis tools
- Strong understanding of revenue reporting systems and service management protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to create non-intimidating client experiences
- Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
