Good Job Creations is seeking a dynamic Shipbroker specializing in Sale & Purchase (S&P) to join our high-performing team in Singapore's Central Region. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual looking to leverage their industry expertise to lead complex negotiations and expand our global footprint in the maritime sector.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the shipping industry, connecting shipowners, buyers, and investors to facilitate the seamless acquisition and divestment of commercial vessels. You will be responsible for maintaining an extensive network, providing real-time market intelligence, and driving revenue growth through strategic client relationship management. If you possess a sharp analytical mind, a persistent approach to sales, and a deep understanding of maritime assets, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global shipowners, operators, and financial institutions to source S&P opportunities.
- Lead and facilitate the entire negotiation process for vessel sales and purchases, ensuring optimal terms for clients.
- Provide expert market analysis, including vessel valuation, freight market trends, and supply-demand forecasting to key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end documentation processes, including Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and closing procedures.
- Identify new business leads and proactively expand the client network within the regional and global maritime market.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth vessel deliveries and post-fixture support.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the firm and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in shipbroking, specifically within the Sale & Purchase (S&P) segment.
- Strong existing network of contacts among regional and international shipowners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a resilient mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime law, vessel types, and S&P documentation procedures.
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak additional languages common in maritime trade is a significant advantage.
- High degree of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
