You will serve as the bridge between our operations and external freight forwarders, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of logistics management. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process all necessary export shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to arrange shipments, track cargo status, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all outgoing shipments and logistical correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments to confirm shipment details and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of customs declarations and tariff classifications.
- Monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in handling Export Shipping documents in the export environment.
- Strong working knowledge of export procedures, shipping terminology, and Incoterms.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
- Basic understanding of customs clearance processes and regulatory compliance.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
