Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the shipping and supply chain department, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prepare, process, and verify shipping documents, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient logistics planning.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular data entry, stock tracking, and audits.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data and operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities in the company database.
- Participate actively in cross-functional training modules to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in logistics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
