Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipping activities and ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms
- Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization as needed
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and shipping software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is beneficial
