Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipping operations and logistics workflows efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receipt to final dispatch.
- Maintain and update SAP records with precise shipping data and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international shipping compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies or delays promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Work Permit / S Pass / PR status required.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing operations.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
